Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday via USPS. Most orders ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. During the summer months & the holidays, orders may take an additional 1-2 days to ship.
Currently we only ship within the United States. We're sorry for any inconvenience. We do ship to P.O. boxes & APO/AFO boxes. * If shipping to a P.O. Box, your billing address must be the same as the address that appears on your credit card statement. At this time, we only accept orders with billing & shipping addresses within the United States. Any order with a non-US address will be canceled.
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive, although they usually arrive with 5 days. If it's been more than 7 days or your tracking info shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, please email me at email@example.com so I can help you locate it.
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We are not responsible for packages that are lost but confirmed delivered by USPS. You must be responsible for the packages safety once delivered. We are not responsible for theft. If you are concerned about receiving your package, please leave a note in the comments section of the order form and we will add signature confirmation to your delivery at no charge.
