Shipping Information:



We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We ship FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Currently we only ship within the continental US. * Orders weighing 13 ounces or less will ship USPS First Class for $4.95. You shipping total will be adjusted before the order is processed.

We do ship to P.O. boxes but are unable to ship to APO/AFO boxes at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If shipping to a P.O. Box, your billing address must be the same as the address that appears on your credit card statement.

We do our best to process orders within 1-2 days. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

The pet beds from West Paw Design ship directly from the manufacturer.

All our shipping materials are recycled or recyclable. We reuse whatever we can from our distributors, and we recycle the rest. Everything used to package your shipment can be put in your curbside recycling. We hope you'll recycle these items, or save them for your own shipping needs.

Tracking Information:

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email from us with your shipment and tracking information. We are not responsible for packages that are lost but confirmed delivered by FedEx or USPS. You must be responsible for the packages safety once delivered. We are not responsible for theft.

If you are concerned about receiving your package, please leave a note in the comments section of the order form and we will add signature confirmation to your delivery at no charge.
