Lady Bug Hugs
Audri Kate King was complaining of back pain and was taken to the emergency room on Easter Sunday 2010. After being taken to Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, a scan revealed several tumors. She was diagnosed with stage 4 embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma cancer on April 15, 2010. She is 3 years old.
With this cancer being so aggressive, treatment will be as well. Audri started her first of many chemotherapy treatments on April 16, 2010. She will have multiple treatments over the next year, several requiring 5 day stays in the hospital.
Lady Bug Hugs was created to help Audri & her family with their medical bills and other expenses during this aggressive treatment. After Audri beats this cancer, the foundation hopes to assist other families, hospitals, and charites that are fighting childood cancer.
You can keep up with Audri's progress, and offer words of encouragemant & prayers on Audri's Facebook Page. She is an amazing little sweetie, and such a fighter! Donations can be made by visiting www.ladybughugs.org
